The Circle Check-In is a self-awareness tool designed to help individuals reflect on their habits, emotions, and behaviors. By utilizing three concentric circles, this tool guides you to evaluate your current state and make conscious decisions to enhance your well-being and personal growth. 🔵🟡🔴 The Circle Check-In: How Are You Really Doing? The attributes and behaviors present in your life tell you more about your well-being than you might think. This visual self-check is designed to help you recognize patterns and take positive action. Use the three circles to reflect on who you are when you're thriving, surviving, and struggling. How to Use This Tool: Imagine three circles inside one another, like a target. 🔵 **Blue Circle (Center): Your Best Self** Write down the things that are present in your life when you are at your best. These may include habits, attitudes, people, routines, and energy levels. Examples: Waking up early, journaling, spending time with positive friends, keeping a clean room, finishing homework, being kind. 🟡 **Yellow Circle (Middle): Doing Okay, Not Great** Write down the things you notice in your life when you're just getting by. You’re functioning, but not thriving. Examples: Staying up too late, eating more junk food, procrastinating, feeling distracted, scrolling too much. 🔴 **Red Circle (Outer Ring): Not at Your Best** List the things you notice when you're struggling. These may be emotional, physical, mental, or social warning signs. Examples: Isolating, ignoring texts, not eating meals, skipping classes, self-doubt, messy space, zero motivation. Now Reflect: Which circle describes your current season of life? What small changes can you make to move inward toward your best self? Circle check-ins can help you recognize patterns and shift in a positive direction.
